The world famous Zomick's brand echoes across the vast space of regular bakeries... Why? Because it is a kosher bakery with much better baking products than all the competitors can offer. So where did this all started? At first, Zomick's Bakery was a small bakery in Cedarhurst, and with a lot of hard work achieved something that is considered "a bakery utopia". All the products received a passing kosher mark, which means that they are better than regular baked products, and that they can be consumed by many religious followers with strict food diets. The expansion took place in the next decade or so, so that is how this bakery came to be known with it's international fame. We know that our most valued product is the Zomick's bread, which by far exceeds the other products in sales. We know that this is true and we aim to even further improve the quality of the challah bread.
