YAGA, an iOS app, is designed to organize tasks around your availability. Think of it as you personal assistant who remembers what you have to do so you don't have to. Today you have reminders, calendar events and emails to keep you updated with your chores and even that does not help. With YAGA you can easily consolidate all your tasks in different lists, share these lists as well as set reminders such that you do it only once. The app remembers based on your preference as to when you need to be reminded again. Reminders come up as consolidated list of things to do ONLY when you are ready to attack them, not randomly in the middle of your day. The sharing feature allows you to share the lists with your friends / family / nanny / assistant etc which removes the need to email or message them to add / edit items. The comments section helps keep the communication open for shared lists.
