We have created a closed-circuit mobile network for the DOOH market in Lima, Peru. Our pilot program went live on July 1, 2014. The program has begun with 500 taxis equipped with Samsung custom tablets secured into the taxis. Our corporate partners Telefonica will supply the 3G/4G coverage and Americas TV will provide content and lead sales. Our core business is the sale of advertisements in this content. We currently have small offices in both Lima and NYC. Although we hope to grow and expand organically, at this point we are actively seeking investment funds of up to $3 million for operating capital and to purchase more tablets, with the goal of having 5000 installed by the end of 2015.
