Virgil is a mobile career navigation and job search platform. Virgil enables job seekers to evaluate their competitiveness for any career in less than 90 seconds. Once Virgil understands their skills, Virgil recommends specific jobs and companies for which they are the best fit. In instances where the job seeker is not competitive for the role, Virgil presents the job seeker with a personalized action plan detailing the steps required to enhance his/her competitiveness. Our goal is to become the global repository of job seeker skill profiles. What LinkedIn is to "network", Virgil is to "skills". Our unique gamified interface enables us to capture 50+ skills per job seeker in a frictionless way. At the same time, we enable hiring organizations to 1) have pre-qualified candidates pushed to their job postings, and 2) query our skills database to identify candidates who fit a detailed skill profile.
