Vidcode is the first coding platform designed and built for girls. Our target demographic is teenage girls, age 11 to 18. We tap into the 30 million teens who share videos every day (in the US alone) and successfully bridge this passion with code. Teenagers can build video filters, animations, and creative video projects with Javascript through guided lessons on the Vidcode site. We know what teen girls want, and our insights are backed up by research on the success of teaching code through media computation to new learners. Combined we have created the most engaging way for middle and high school girls to learn code around the globe. Teens love our product and we a powerful following of users pre-launch.
