We propose starting an airline to offer direct air service into a highly traveled satellite city in Central America. I am not listing the city here because of our efforts negotiating with the specific Central American government. We will be the 1st direct carrier utilizing a not-so-typical airline infrastructure. In-fact the flying is done by another licensed carrier under provisions of the Department of Transportation [DOT 380]
