Vaulted.me is a two-sided marketplace for expedited and improved hiring. Job-seekers need only a LinkedIn account to apply to a position. Our algorithm ranks the applicants based on 10-15 different data points (pulled from LI accounts) and presents them in an interactive format, similar to Pinterest. Employers make their top selections, who are then asked to provide their best content in a Vaulted rich media portfolio. In this round, applicants have the ability to impress employers with samples of their work. Employers are able to make a more informed selection; job-seekers get hired.
