Vanessa Long Dance Company

The Vanessa Long Dance Company LLC is a company that combines both theatre and dance into one coheasive unit. Our Mission is to create pieces that focus on social and political issues that we face in everyday life. Audience members are very important to us and we strive to create work that entertains and engages. We want to make dance more accessable to our audiences. The company is comprised of professional actors and professional dancers who are passionate about different social or political issues. Our Artistic Director, Vanessa Long is a very successful choreographer. She moved to NYC May 2014 and since then has choreographed five Off-Broadway Shows, 2 Music Videos, 1 Short Film, and founded the Vanessa Long Dance Company. The Vanessa Long Dance Company is at a very exciting point. We have followers from all over the world and are planning our spring show, and a short tri-state tour!
