uVore enables restaurant customers to order, pay for and rate their meals on their smartphones at their convenience from the table. Our service provides higher satisfaction for customers due to the convenience with which they order and pay, results in increased spending by customers due to menu marketing / upsell and faster table turns as customers spend less time dining. Further, uVore will take advantage of its exposure with customers to connect with them in ways that are valuable to both us and restaurants. We will provide incentives for customers to sign up for uVore accounts, through which they can share experiences with friends and enroll in a one stop loyalty portal, which will keep track of rewards from all uVore partner restaurants. Through their account activity, we will build customer profiles, which will allow restaurants to gain a level of granular customer insight which is otherwise difficult and costly to attain.
