Uma serves delicious, fresh, temaki, providing a healthy alternative to fast food. We create made to order sushi that is eaten by hand for immediate consumption. No chopsticks or soy sauce necessary. Our core products are cone shape sushi wraps that are eaten by hand and typically include raw fish, rice and vegetables rolled in seaweed. We add a signature sauce. With our counter service format, diners order and customize and their temaki while watching the preparation. We also serve Japanese inspired drinks and snacks.
