Per FINRA and SEC rules, broker-dealers and registered investment advisors are required to save electronic communications for several years, and demonstrate an effort to supervise and review these communications for evidence of violations. Current solutions are extremely poor at finding violations because they rely either on random audits or keyword searches, and they generate a tremendous amount of work to review false positives. Two Roads Software developed OBSERV, a monitoring tool to view, track, and analyze company and employee communications like email, social media, IMs, most text files formats and text messages. OBSERV has: -predictive coding capabilities -natural language processing -contextual awareness -unique scoring algorithms powered by artificial intelligence We charge on a Saas subscription model, based on the number of individuals monitored. OBSERV has limitless applications in other verticals as well, because it can learn to classify and detect any behavior.
