TurnStyle helps its members get an infinitely diverse wardrobe without having to buy and own expensive new clothes. We maintain a large central wardrobe stocked by up-and-coming brands and the closets of our members. From this central wardrobe, our members indicate which garments they want to wear, then we deliver them different combinations from their selections every 3 weeks. They can return the garments when their next delivery arrives or hold onto anything that they love. We just ended a 3-month pilot MVP with 20 test members, and they're asking for more TurnStyle--in fact they want to sign up their friends! They love 1) always having something different to wear, 2) the anticipation of each new delivery, 3) taking more fashion risks, and 4) helping the environment through sharing economics. So I'm using their feedback and the data we collected from the pilot to develop a service that is ready to launch and fulfill that demand, and I need a team to help.
