TixBoy was born to fulfill the unmet and necessary need to fill out empty seats in movie theatres by providing $1 tickets to frugal ticket buyers. While numerous companies exist providing deals/coupons, none provides $1 tickets. TixBoy uses a yield-managed pricing concept that is based on supply-demand, allowing users to book tickets for $1 during time-periods which are most likely to have empty seats. Tickets are printed online, leading to very small office staff at venue & no ticket printing.
