Tipsi is a mobile application developed specifically to address the information problem at the point of sale for wine. Tipsi provides educated wine selections based on meal pairing and wine styles, vintage history, professional ratings and taste history. Using location-based restaurant data, the mobile application provides user-specific wine pairing recommendations at the point of sale. Additionally the large platform connects consumers, restaurants, wineries, importers and merchants together to facilitate direct business intelligence and DtC opportunities.
