TenSource is turning the traditional property listings model on its head. We are a multiple listings server that features tenant needs, rather than property listings. This is a perfectly complementary system to property listing sites. Landlord brokers that used to rely on tenant brokers to contact them, now have a tool to proactively find tenants for their available space. And tenant brokers that used to search exhaustively through property listing sites for each and every one of their clients now have a tool to list their tenants needs and have landlords and their brokers reach out to them with appropriate space. Al Baumol and Sufyan Sigg are former brokers and created TenSource because they wished they had this tool at their disposal during their combined 15 years in the industry.
