Tranzbridge is an app that connects people (called captains) to communities (in need) by allowing captains to fund, manage and evaluate their own projects - improving the lives of the world’s most disadvantaged people. Each captain leads a team of people who each collect points. Points can be redeemable for an overseas trip to see the communities and projects up close.
