Stream enables developers to build scalable newsfeed and activity streams in hours instead of weeks. Our API allows your app to show content from people you follow in a scalable manner. Think of it as Parse/Pusher/Firebase for newsfeed functionality. Examples of what you can build include newsfeeds as seen on Spotify, Pinterest, Instagram and Runkeeper. The company is founded by the authors of Stream Framework, https://github.com/tschellenbach/Stream-Framework, which is the largest Python package used for building newsfeed functionality. Our long term strategy is to offer advanced relevancy based newsfeeds.
