Sphere aims to become the Internet of Things cloud for consumers. We want to make things personally identifiable for them to communicate together, making this vision possible: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfEbMV295Kk. Users connect various products to their Sphere profile. When they do, these things exchange information through the API and trigger responses from other things. We're taking the concept of the connected home, but expanding it to the cloud and for *all* the things a consumer owns. With strong privacy rules, we will build confidence in consumers to connect their things to our platform and aim to quickly become the standard.
