Professional and amateur photographers, bloggers and smartphone users have contributed in making the internet a fantastic, almost limitless database of data and images – all for nearly no reward! Our goal is to provide an incentivized social sharing platform for creatives all over the globe to share their genius and get rewarded for it. Today, most of us showcase our images and photography skills through photo sharing or social media websites and/or smartphone apps. Snapshottr is a marketplace that allows users to offer, sell and buy images from each other, rewarding the most creative from among us. In addition to users buying and selling images as individuals, we aim to drive significant revenue by becoming the premier platform for crowdsourcing of photographs that corporations may choose to use for advertising purposes.
