SimplyPassive is a web based/mobile device portal, for both everyday individual investors and traditional advisors. The portal provides a simple to use interface to fund investment, measure performance and to move money, quickly and as seamlessly as an on-line checking account. The target customer will be lower thresholds than usual, typically between $5k and $100k to invest. They will leverage a diversified portfolio constructed using a smart beta investment strategy using either or own or systemically selected Exchange Traded Funds, managed by ETF investment professionals as employees of SimplyPassive. The ability to white-label this portal for traditional Advisors as the on-line advisor concept becomes more accepted will be offered.
