Givers submit their credentials , documents and other information that they use from time to time. These are individuals, businesses provide service. Takers are the authorities, universities, Recruiting agencies, Healthcare agencies. Flow of documents maintains the symbiotic relationship between the two parties and helps the eco-system to grow.
