Once the user unlocks the phone, the ad disappears so it does not interfere with the user’s ability to make calls or take other actions. The ads that are served are relevant to the individual user based on demographic information that they provide to us. The company will get its install base by paying users a monthly fee to allow us to have this ad on their lock screen. The more demographic information they provide to the company, the more money the user can make. The business model is arbitrage the gross ad revenue we make off of each user against what we pay out to the user.
