We provide design and architectural services at market rate for residential and commercial clients. For every project completed, we donate a project to an individual or organization in need through DESIGN EXCHANGE (DE). Ten (10) percent of every design project fee is donated to DESIGN EXCHANGE. We allow our client to choose the DE recipient, and follow the project through completion. Design Exchange provides furniture and furnishings for those who can't afford it. We have established (and are currently adding) partnerships with various non-profit organizations in the Greater New York City area to obtain eligible recipients for DESIGN EXCHANGE. How do we do this? We have created a new and unique business model which utilizes technology differently, in addition, we restructured operations. This creates sizable cost savings which allow us to fund DESIGN EXCHANGE.
