Niche collaboration for communities. Wikipedia meets StackExchange. The Colored Word is launching as a recipe website (Salt to Taste) before expanding into other niches. Every recipe website is littered with comments such as: * "we loved this recipe, but my husband likes it spicier, so I added an additional jalapeño" * "I am a vegetarian so we substituted chicken stock for vegetable stock" * "We chose to bake instead of fry the eggplant slices" We let commenters directly edit recipes. Authors can then choose to merge changes, or the community by upvoting changes will create 'a fork', a featured alternative to the currently viewed recipe.
