The site will act as a centralized hub for buyers of real estate to easily search for properties with the benefit of viewing a full video of the property as opposed to a series of still-frame photos. Giving buyers the opportunity to view a video will facilitate and smooth the often arduous process of purchasing real estate. Moreover, our service will give sellers the option of posting their own homemade videos of their property on the site for free or enlisting the services of our local affiliate partner professional video producers to shoot a video of their property for a small fee. Realty Tube will facilitate the transaction between affiliated partner and customer where a percentage of each video production will be subtracted from the affiliate’s fee. Realty Tube will provide all things real estate in the form of video information. This will include but not be limited to video listings, home ownership informationals, the real estate financial transaction (mortgage process), and featured real estate properties or developments. The content will only be about real estate, listing and the process of home ownership. With the large number of local MLS (multiple listing services) and newspapers Realty Tube can penetrate local markets at a high rate of market penetration. Realty Tube’s goal is to bring video to the process of property listing.
