Reading Portfolio is a bold new entrant into the multi-billion dollar standardized college entrance testing business. We have created an easy way to make books count as much as tests—crediting students with every book they read via a verified and proctored book review. Well-read high school students are more likely to succeed in college and admissions officers want them, but while billions are spent each year on standardized college entrance testing, there's been no system for assessing and crediting an applicant's reading history and comprehension till now. Our user-friendly online platform allows students 13 and up, using any camera-enabled computer or tablet, to verify books in high school they have read to support admission into classes, honors programs or college.
