RDNY.ru is Looking to raise capital for a "startup" project website www.rdny.ru; It is an established website that is affiliated but separated from RDNY.com which is the English version of the site that has been in business for over 18 years. RDNY.ru is a database of over 4,300+ apartments in Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn; which is a service for clients to find apartments and contact landlords directly and bypassing all brokers and agents. RDNY.ru is a Russian version of the site aimed at attracting Russian speaking clients. We are looking for $500,000+ in exchange of a percentage of ownership; to fund the promotion of this site and also evolve into creating other language versions of the site that are most attractive to apartment searches in NYC (ex: Spanish, Chinese, etc...) The site already has traction and is established and is already operating.
