PolyInnovations claim to fame, is the ability to deliver co-located content to every connected user regardless of their personal device without an installation client. We have basically created the perfect digital capture device and it works on everything with a web browser without the need for an app. The end user may then add their other comments, annotations, or questions to the live feed as they see fit. At the end of the meeting everybody gets a complete searchable copy of what transpired. There are two main products. The portable boxed hardware server platform which includes everything the client needs to get setup quickly. We feel this product is going to make up the bulk of the sales numbers for the first few years. The second product is the PolyOS software sold separately for enterprise or cloud solutions. The buyer is primarily a board of directors, dean, superintendent, tech buyer, company owner, or a conference/smart room equipment re-seller.
