Phin & Phebes was founded on the notion that people want and deserve bold, full-flavored ice cream made with no preservatives, conventional stabilizers or syrups of any kind. Phin & Phebes made ice cream for the first time in their home kitchen in 2010 after trying and failing to find unique and delicious flavors that appealed to them in stores. Phin & Phebes is going into their third year of business and since inception has grown to be in 22 states and over 260 stores, growing 3x last year alone.
