A cross between Reddit, Quora, and PolicyMic, Niaterra News has invented a new type of news that helps people connect the dots between the stories to see both sides of issues. Anyone can create this new type of news, a "News Nia," that shows a high-level summary that expands to let the user get a deeper understanding of the topic. Users can also interact by upvoting issues and support stories as well as add support stories and follow whole topics. What it's not is a comments section. This isn't about a user's personal opinion -- the user has to share a story to support a point or counterpoint.
