Neibr aims to connect people through spontaneous, user-generated events, fostering new friendships and enhancing community. In the social networking app marketplace there is currently a void of a single, widely accepted app or website that allows users to easily connect for real time one-on-one or small group platonic events. Meetup is for clubs, Tinder is for romantic encounters, YPlan is for trendy events – Neibr is for everyone at any time and place. Our app will help users find interesting user-generated local activity ideas, chat with ‘neibrs’ in the app, and create and manage their events. Our founding team has a large network of enthusiastic friends eagerly awaiting Neibr’s May 1st launch. What we need is an equally enthusiastic investor who can help mentor our first launch and adequately fund our marketing plans and future IT support. With just a little funding we are positive we can establish this app in New York and then focus on expansion to the rest of the country.
