We help Americans take simple steps to improve their health, by connecting them to personalized, expert advice on their lifestyle, diet and nutritional supplement needs. Customers take a health & lifestyle quiz, and our proprietary algorithm matches them to personalized recommendations from our roster of health experts. These recommendations have been curated so that they feel highly relevant and trustworthy. About half our recommendations are products that the consumer can buy on the site, the rest are free lifestyle and nutrition tips.
