Magnus Gyan is an education company that leverages the use of low-cost, high-quality technology to deliver bundled solutions to students in Brazil. MG has created a unique educational solution by combining affordable content with a low-cost, high-quality tablet designed specifically for education by one of the most prestigious engineering universities in the world: the Indian Institute of Technology Rajasthan. We have the exclusive rights to this technology in Brazil and plan to begin production in-country in 2014. Content offerings range from math, physics, chemistry and biology for grades 6 through 12 to English language learning, vocational training and corporate workforce development. We target both the public and private educational sectors in Brazil, having already secured a 2,000 unit order in the private sector through Cultura Inglesa, with another 2,000 unit public pilot to begin in the state of Pará in May 2014.
