An interactive blog / cultural magazine where users can create profiles and post short articles about local cultural events (and news), all of which is "rated" by other users for their usefulness. Writers are not paid for their submissions by the site, but multiple income-earning opportunities are made available, from well-known revenue share strategies (via advertisements) to more unconventional methods (crowd-funded stories, direct payment "subscriptions"). With minimal operational costs, the site earns its own constant stream of advertising revenue, while numerous opportunities for further monetization are available (and are currently being explored and developed).
