linnaCo’s solution aims to provide a fully-integrated outsourced experience for the Single-Family/low-density Multifamily portfolio owner. The system is usable for all portfolio market segments, however we focus on larger portfolios to drive the solution. To that end, our vision sees property managers, geographically dispersed, managing a set of properties, initiate both rental collections as well as managing/paying vendors and providing owners with dividends in a fully automated manner. This includes a closed loop for payments & collections, where the system is integrated with the portfolio’s banks and a payment network to offer real-time transactions and related accounting processes. Currently we are focused on providing an analysis section: which can value an entire portfolio or any subset, provide non-financial analysis, guide disposition options and provide accounting reports.
