Location Based "Safety" - Mobile apps that allow friends and families to find each other in times of distress. Kuroo apps transmit location details & distress info to user generated safety-networks composed of family, friends, neighbors, & peers who can generally respond faster than local emergency services. Twitter & Facebook contacts can also be alerted. We currently charge for App Store downloads. Target Markets include College Students, Public/Private School Systems, Local Governments.
