Kuranga and Associates Venture Capital is a new 30 million dollar Venture Capital Fund for Nigeria specializing in Small to Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs). The fund will provide equity-based financing to SMEs that have a solid 3-5 year history of profits and growth. The deal size will range from (.5 million USD – 2.5 million USD). In addition we will work hands-on to provide risk management, management consulting, and advisory services to all beneficiary companies of the fund. Our director and partners have vast knowledge and experience in Africa and Nigeria that will serve to safeguard investments, limit the exposure of the fund to volatility, and ensure best business practices of the funds beneficiaries. The fund will invest in basic services including Health, Education, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Housing and Clean Technology.
