About
KarmaBox is a mobile app where shoppers can message store managers and respond to location-based micro-surveys at specific venues for rewards. Tthink shopkick but instead of scanning a barcode for rewards you answer something like: “Are employees friendly?” or “What’s the price of Coffee?” OR think ZenDesk but in your pocket to message any store owner. Business uses include: replacing comment cards, merchandising audits & mystery shopping for Retailers, and auditing in-store presence & marketing for CPG brands. The way we see it is a) physical retail has a huge data & analytics blind spot (vs online counterparts) and b) market research has so much guesswork and very little location perspective. Mobile can deliver faster, cheaper and bigger data sets than the current “agency” model.
