Kandidat X is a revolutionary platform to help HR, talent teams and management to find Tech industry talent (and we will soon expand to other industries). The platform is beta phase and getting great customer feedback. We took the best of both worlds with job boards and recruitment agencies. The information we deliver about candidates is standardized, bench-marked and tested. We're directly headhunting candidates so we only deliver truly good people. The best part of our service is that we will custom headhunt a list of candidates for the client if we don't have the right person on our platform. We also talk to the client and candidate throughout to manage expectations and increase the likelihood of a placement. All this only costs $4,000 per placement, about 80% less than a normal recruitment firm which does a fraction of the work we do.
