House Hound was founded to protect and promote the essential role of a real estate agent. Our focus is to equip the general public with enough knowledge to intelligently participate in the sale, purchase or rental of real estate with the assistance of an industry professional. Each tool offered provides agents an opportunity to deliver efficient and accurate advice to each client. We have developed a process that promotes communication between real estate agents and consumers during all stages of the real estate cycle. Since consumers don't generally need the services of an agent when not actively looking to buy or sell a property we have implemented tools to ensure an agent can provide proactive advice to clients before they enter the market. House Hound also provides a suite of features that allow agents to receive feedback on listings, easily sell new development projects and promote group investments. This is the first MLS that provides a comprehensive real estate experience.
