We are seeking an investor to turn our gourmet pierogi business into a brick and mortar cafe. Pierogi are a traditional favorite enjoyed by many. There is a demand for gourmet pierogi that is going unfilled in Manhattan. Our pierogi are both traditional and modern. We do the traditional style, such as potato and cheese, and modern versions of the pierogi that contain bacon, pulled pork or chorizo, as examples. We also serve dessert pierogi such as apple pie and strawberry.
