GiftHit is a website and Facebook app that lets friends send each other fun, personal gifts from local hangouts instantly by Facebook, email, and text. We think gift cards are nice, but treating a friend to a real beer by wallpost is so much cooler. GiftHit has established merchant partnerships in New York City and plans to launch in San Francisco in December 2012.
