The generic way to develop Next Generation Diagnostic require in-licensing of markers, develop assays and then validate them. 5 years and $100 mill dollar later the company is ready to launch the test in a CLIA lab model, and enjoy a market cap of $500 mill. Genomic Expression partnering model is cash flow positive. We closed the first deal in 2014.
