Challenge people to do things. Challenges can range from asking someone to volunteer time at your non-profit to a dare you set your friend up to do. You create the challenge, create / upload a badge that people will receive when they complete the challenge and define your challenge verification method - picture / video, or you just mark it as complete. Challenges can also have additional rewards attached such as cash or prizes.
