FLAyK is an app designed to help families better manage family events and the logistics around these events. FLAyK’s unique design features are 1), it allows for any participant in a family event to remind all other participants of the upcoming event and with all the event’s details in the reminder. 2), FLAyK allows for a participant in a family event to ”flayk” on an event by sending an alert to all participants of the event of a sudden conflict or crisis preventing them from being able to assist in the event as planned BEFORE a logistical crisis occurs. Events can be single or recurring in nature and clearly contain the “who / what / when / where” to make managing family logistics easier. Lists can be created and viewed by all to insure that supporting the event is smooth, regardless of which parent or child is managing the logistics of any given event. Families can manage event calendars across multiple families to accommodate todays modern family.
