The firm will act as investor and advisor to at least four brands and one fashion technology play in the incubator in exchange for a substantial equity stake. The firm will also offer management, back office and production services to companies within the incubator in exchange for compensation based on income goals. As the firm grows in reputation, its members may also advise and consult non-incubator companies.
