Exo is pioneering the consumption of insects as a nutritious and sustainable protein source. Our first product is a line of protein bars made from cricket flour. Formulated by a 3 Michelin Starred chef, the bars combine cricket flour with nut butters, dried fruits and spices, and contain no gluten/grain/soy/dairy. Since launching on kickstarter in July 2013, Exo has been featured in media outlets including The New York Times, TechCrunch, The New Yorker, Fast Company, Forbes, Business Insider, Gizmodo, The Wall Street Journal and National Geographic.
