Customers meet their salesperson via video chat early in the buying cycle before point of sale, so our closing rates are higher compared to jewelry stores. Online inventory allows for more skus, larger market size, and low-cost product testing. Costs and prices are lower due to zero inventory, lower rent, and better sourcing.
