Did you know that New York City has over 25,000 homeless children sleeping each night in a municipal shelter system? Families, as opposed to single adults, comprise nearly four-fifths of the homeless shelter population. Since 2009, Dare2B has focused on educating and empowering homeless children in NYC. Our educational programs and special events are designed to inspire Dare2B kids to develop critical skills and tools essential to making them work better. Our goal is to assist them in creating their own opportunities for sustainability and viable economic growth. We are now in need of establishing Dare2B's 501c3 status in order to further expand our programs and need your assistance to accomplish this goal.
