Contractors-Board connects property owners/managers that need some type of service done on their property with the appropriate service provider. Anyone can post a project on the site for free and every registered contractor that provides that type of service will be notified and allow to submit bids on that project. The project poster selects the best bid. Once this is done, the contractors info is given to the propery owner and the property owners info is given to the contractor.
